What is a Sound Bath?A Sound Bath is an immersive experience where you are bathed in sound waves produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, as well as vocal toning. Though the sounds come from instruments as well as the facilitator's voice (and your own), they don’t incorporate melody, harmony, rhythm, and arrangements like music does.

What should I wear to a sound bath?It is recommended to dress comfortably for your sound therapy session. Usually, mats and blankets are provided for you to lay on, but you are welcome to bring a small blanket, eye pillow, or anything else that will help you feel more comfortable during the session. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing will allow you to fully relax and benefit from the soothing sounds and vibrations experienced during the session. Our goal is to create a calming and peaceful environment for you to connect with the healing power of sound, so we encourage you to come in attire that will enhance your relaxation and mindfulness experience.
